When you want to put a document into BizzMine, you'll see a number of fields on the form that you don't see when registering a regular record. For example the Title, the Extension, the part where you can drop the File, the Version of the document, the Version Date, the Document Status, the status if the document is checked in, the Change Reason, so why the document was changed. These are some fields that you don't see in a regular record. The Major and Minor Version are also not found in an ordinary record. Those are under the System Fields.
No, in BizzMine a new document automatically starts at version 0.0. Once the create flow is completed, this is automatically changed to 1.0 (the first published version).
Once a document is published, you can create a major (going from 1.0 to 2.0) or a minor (going from 1.0 to 1.1) version based on your rights.
