When a document is published, and so has fully gone through the Create Flow, it gets a green dot. The version number also changes to 1.0. There are also major and minor revisions. The 1 before the dot represents the major and the zero after the dot, if that number changes, represents the minor.

You can start a minor of major revision in the dropdown menu next to the document and click on minor or major revision. If you don’t see it in the menu, it is possible that you have no rights to start a minor or major revision or there is no flow for in your environment.
