You can find ‘Link to a record’ in the menu with the down arrow/ or three dots next to the record. If you click on that, you'll find Copy Linkto Recordor Download QR here. 

If you click on 'Copy Link’, it's just like selecting something in Word, for example, and right-clicking and copying. It's now in the memory. Now you can paste that link into an email, for example, and start sending it to your colleague. By clicking on the link, the applicable Bizzmine record will open.

If you choose ‘Download QR’ (available as from version 43), a picture (jpeg format) of a QR code, created by Bizzmine, is downloading.  This QR code, you can print and for example put at a production equipment to scan and read the applicable work instruction.
