For audit trail purposes (and just because it's useful) BizzMine will always store the history and track changes of your records.
Go to one of your dashboards and make sure you're able to see a list widget.
Click on the dropdown icon of the record wherefor you want to see the history or track changes:
Depending on what you would like to see (and to what you have access permission) you can click on 'history' or 'track changes':
History:The history will give you an overview of basic events (instance consulted, modified, step completed, ... ) that happened with the record.
In case there is extra information to log (e.g. tasks initialized and if an e-mail has been sent, so that you can check to whom and when, or document properties that have been changed), then you can find this in the column "info" and view this by clicking on the icon.
Track changes: Track changes allows you to track back all value changes in your fields. By default the track changes are grouped per "History ID", so that the most recent modification is displayed above. You can always change this grouping, and for example group on "Field name"
