1 WHAT IT IS
Bizzmine organises its interface into workspaces, dashboards, and widgets — a three-level structure that groups related information and tools by topic or business area. This article explains what each level is, how they connect, and how to orientate yourself when you first open Bizzmine.

4 HOW IT WORKS
Bizzmine uses workspaces to organise information by topic or business area. Each workspace provides a local environment where related dashboards, collection actions, and external links are brought together.
Quick orientation: When the top bar is blue, you are working in the user interface. When the top bar is orange, you are in the settings area of Bizzmine.
Workspaces
A workspace groups information and tools that belong together. Your organisation may use different workspaces for different departments, processes, or types of information. Some common examples are shown below.

Workspace menu
Inside a workspace, the workspace menu provides links to the main items available in that workspace. These links can lead to dashboards, new collection items, or external links.

| Dashboard | Opens a dashboard where information is presented visually. |
| New collection item | Opens a collection form so you can register a new item. |
| External link | Opens a link to information outside the workspace. |
Dashboards
A dashboard is the main content area displayed beside the workspace menu. It is where Bizzmine presents data in different forms, using one or more widgets arranged on screen.
Widgets
Widgets are the building blocks of a dashboard. Each widget determines how a particular piece of information is displayed — for example, a list of registrations, statistics, collection information, an RSS feed, or HTML text.
New collection items
A new collection item is the general term for creating a new entry in a collection. When you select this option from the workspace menu, Bizzmine opens the relevant collection form where you can enter the required information.

Workspace owners and administrators can configure workspaces, workspace items, and dashboards to suit their environment. The exact setup can therefore differ between Bizzmine environments.
