If you see that a certain record is not progressing, or you see that an error has been made somewhere and you think it is necessary that the flow is completed, then of course it is possible. And then you have the option of restarting your flow. The arrow next to the record gives you a number of options, including Restart Workflow. If you click this, the flow is restarted and you start back at the beginning. You're asked again of course if you're sure and I say ok now. And then that record is sent back to the first step of the flow.
