You can see very fast if a record has finished the workflow or not. At the list view or in the tree widget, each record has a dot.

• When this dot is green, the record has done the whole flow.
• When it is blue, the record is somewhere in the flow.
• And when this dot is red, it means the record is somewhere in the flow, but the next task has a due date and the task is overdue.
