6. User Locked out / Security Firewall

If you try to login multiple times in a row with faulty credentials, your account will be locked for a while.

How many times you can try and how long you will be locked can be configured in the Account Settings (which is managed by an admin of the system).

By default you can try 3 times and your account will be locked for 15 minutes if you didn't provide the right credentials.

 

Once your account is locked you will receive the following message:

 

Within BizzMine it's also possible to deny access via certain IP-Adresses.

If you are working from an IP address that is not allowed you'll receive the following message when you try to login
