Go to one of your dashboards and make sure you're able to see a list widget.
Click on the dropdown icon of the record wherefor you want to see flow status:
Depending on what you would like to see (and to what you have access permission) you can click on 'flow status':
Flow status: The flow status will show you which steps have been completed and which steps are still pending. It gives the user an overview of which steps need to be completed until a record is completed. At the bottom you'll get a more detailed overview of which steps have been completed, by whom and on which date and time.
