At the top of the matrix, you see all the users. On the left you see the skill categories, when you click these open, you see the skills for that category. When a skill meets a user, you see the grade of that user for that specific skill.
When you click on a grade, you see a pop up, in this pop up window are two new links ‘Change grade’ and ‘View history’
When you click on the ‘Change grade’, you can change the grade and/or fill in some remarks.
When you click on ‘View history’, you can see the history of the user’s grade for this skill, but also when the skill will expire can you see here.
The grades in the matrix can have different colors:
