2.1 Create a Document Training

 

A document training is linked to a read & understood task of a document.

The read & understood task is sent out to all users in the distribution list.

When a user complete the read & understood task a competency level is acquired. The reading task can be followed by a training. You can choose that there is only a training when a user did not understood the document. The user is then added to the training queue. Or the user must always follow the training. The user is then added to the training queue after completing the read & understood task.

Setting up a document training

Go to the list of documents or you can do it also via the document tree.

Click on the pencil next to the document that you want to make a document training for. Scroll down to the training properties section. Fill in the fields.

  • Document linked to a skill? Choose Yes
  • Choose an existing skill or create a new one
  • Decide if the document needs an assessment. If there is a training and/or examen needed, fill in also the fields Training name and/or exam name.
