Starting from a list widget, you also have the option to download the provided information. You can choose for a CSV export, or for a list PDF. The latter provides you a list of PDFs of every record.
Exporting data can be useful if you need to hand over some data to someone, or for updating records quickly with a find and replace and next importing them back into BizzMine... Or any other purpose that you would see it fit for. Follow these short steps to generate a CSV file or a PDF list.
If CSV has been chosen, you will get a CSV file of your list. The result could be as follows;
This problem is related to the way columns are split in BizzMine. This is done by the Delimiter Separator set in the general account settings or in the user settings of a specific user. Let's take “;” as an example delimeter. If you would use this same character in a header or content of a column (for example in a text field) this will cause issues with the exported results.
There could be a couple of solutions: (solutions below are written in the understanding that the delimiter set in BizzMine is “;”)
This problem can happen due to different region/language settings in Windows/Office and BizzMine. For example the delimiter seperator in BizzMine is set to 'comma' while in Windows/Office a 'semicolon' is used.
An Administrator can set the default regional settings in the account settings in the admin area of BizzMine.
All users can change their personal settings in the user settings.To do this, click on the user icon inthe top right hand corner of BizzMine and choose user settings from the drop down menu.
Now click on the edit button in the top right hand corner again, change the value in the dropdown list of delimiter separator and finally click save to confirm the changes.
