Pdf conversion can be turned on in the settings of BizzMine and if this is turned on and your document has gone through the flow completely you can choose between the pdf version and the original Word document, that public version. To download a document you can choose to push on the little arrow on the right and then on Download File. That's 1 possibility. Another option that might be a little easier to use is if you click on the title of the document. If the document is downloaded directly, that means that it was either already a pdf document by default or it doesn't have a pdf version yet, or the pdf Converter is not turned on.
