When a document gets a new version number for example 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and so on, each time the old one, the previous one, is put into the archive. So you didn't lose that. For example, text was extracted and you deleted too much text, you can still retrieve that. How? Well, here's a document in version 2.0, for example, and we'll take a look at the archive of that. Via the arrow you can find a lot of things in the menu and here, among others, Archive. 2.0 is now the public version - that's why it doesn't say Open Version - but there are still versions 1.0 and 1.1 and you can click on Open Version to view those. Once you click on that, you'll see the form for that version and you can view the document with Office 365 online, or you can download it by clicking on the name if you don't have Office 365, for example, or if you prefer to download it. So, ok you can cancel back. Then you also have the File History button. I'll just take the top one. How big is the document, extension, date and who uploaded it? And you can also download the document here. Just the same for version 1.1 and for version 1.0. So you can find this in the archive.
